The NOHrD TriaTrainer is a functional 3-in-1 training device with a minimalist design.
Small and delicate, the functional NOHrD TriaTrainer acts as a classic abdominal trainer when closed. Opened one step further, the training bench transforms into a back or butt trainer. Fully unfolded, the NOHrD TriaTrainer then forms a reclining bench for weight training, whereby the integrated foot roller can be adjusted in all positions for optimal counter support. This stable support can be locked at different heights so that the NOHrD TriaTrainer abdominal and back trainer is suitable for both tall and short people.

The frame of the NOHrD TriaTrainer abdominal and back trainer is made of solid wood. There are different wood versions to choose from. High-quality, comfortable leather pads serve as contact surfaces. These are optionally made of imitation leather or genuine leather.
