Shipping costs
Orders with a value of CHF 250.00 or more are delivered free of charge. Otherwise the shipping costs are
- CHF 11.00 up to 2 kg
- CHF 14.00 up to 10 kg
- CHF 23.00 up to 30 kg
The shipping costs from 30 kg are based on the general cargo costs of the shipping company. The flat-rate shipping costs include statutory VAT.
We deliver by PostPac Priority (delivery arrives one day after leaving our warehouse) or from 30 kg also by general cargo with the forwarding company Senn Transport AG (delivery: free curbside).
Assembly service
We are also happy to offer you the option of an installation service. This can either be ordered directly with the product or noted in the comments field when ordering. We will then contact you by telephone to arrange a possible installation date.
